Kind of Bakery

Our commercial wholesale bakery was established in 2004 in North Sioux City, SD with a vision of providing the industry with high quality English muffins at an affordable price. We continue with that same vision today, and have since expanded our product line to include more varieties, options and flavors, and added a buttermilk biscuit line in 2012.

Steck Foods takes extra steps to ensure our customers get the best product available. That starts with an extremely experienced management staff, one of the cleanest, brightest and most modern bakery facilities around and high standards for quality control. We have earned a Level AA BRC Certification. The BRC Global Standards are widely used by suppliers and global retailers to facilitate standardization of quality, safety and operational criteria.

Craig Stanley

President

Craig has 30 years of experience in the industry. Craig oversees production, administrative, financial and human resources duties.

Doug Heck

Vice President of Manufacturing

Doug brings 39 years of experience to his position. Doug is in charge of engineering, environmental and safety issues and manufacturing.

Jim Calvert

Vice President of Sales

Jim provides our customers with 40 years of expertise. Jim handles sales and marketing, as well as our national accounts.
